Since 1975 The Major Acana has been appreciated and used by a wide variety of readers, diviners and tarot enthusiasts all over the world, and has been written about, displayed in books, tarot websites, videos and reviews.
Most of all, during the last 49 years it has gathered a good reputation by those who have used or come across it, its meanings and examples as described by the cards themselves.
Time moves on and culture rises to greater standards and requirements, especially in a culture where a demand for more divinity and deeper meaning to questions is required in the answer.
The original Major cards have undergone a huge update, with some cards removed from the Major and placed in the Minor or deleted from the pack and more modern-day cards designed to replace them.
The Major cards are larger than the Minor cards to help give translation and explanation to the major event being offered by the reader in any reading where major cards require additional input.
The Major Arcana is now a dynamic and animated event keeping the Frownstrong Tarot at the forefront of not only the development of cultural skills but personal skills and abilities as well.
The Major can still be read as it has always been, by itself or as the greater feature of a bigger reading that incorporates the Minor for further explanation by the reader.
It consists of 21 cards together with an illustrated book with short explanations of the meanings of each card. All of the cards have been redesigned and include some completely new cards.
